1. Cook the bulgur groats loosely and set it aside.
2. Grind the flaxseeds and pumpkin seeds into flour, then blend them until smooth with the tofu, mustard, chopped tomatoes and spices.
3. Heat up the Teflon pan.
4. Form balls the size of a walnut from the resulting mass and fry on all sides for about 10 minutes.
5. Serve meatballs with buckwheat.
