MUSTARD AND HONEY SALMON

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon steaks (approx. 160g each)
  • 4 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 10g of sarepska mustard
  • 80g bulgur groats
  • herbal salt

    Ingredients for 2 servings. Calculations of kcal are given for 1 serving.

Directions

1. Cook the bulgur until loose and set aside.

2. In the meantime, heat a Teflon pan.

3. Rub the fish with salt, lemon juice and mustard.

4. Fry it covered over medium heat for about 5 minutes. on each side and serve with groats.
