BAKED PASTA WITH VEGETABLES

Ingredients

  • dry bow noodles: 300 g
  • medium onion: 1 pc.
  • broccoli: 1 pc.
  • steamed bacon: 1 package
  • eggs: 2 pcs.
  • small tomatoes: 175 g
  • cream 30%, sweet: 200 g
  • mozzarella: 1 pc.
  • Gran Padano cheese: 40 g
  • salt: to taste
  • pepper: to taste

Directions

  1. Dice the onion very finely. Cut the whole package of bacon into strips.
    Boil 300 g of dry pasta in salted water. With a small knife, cut out the broccoli florets, then cut them into smaller pieces. Add broccoli florets to a pot of boiling salted water and cook uncovered.
  2. Add the bacon to the pan (without fat), fry, mix. Add the onion to the pan in the pan, mix it all together.
  3. Pour the cream into another bowl, add 2 whole eggs, mix, then add salt and pepper.
  4. Cut small tomatoes into quarters. Remove the cooked broccoli from the water.
  5. Put the cooked and drained pasta into an ovenproof dish, pour over the cream, add the tomatoes, bacon and onion from the pan and the drained broccoli.
  6. Cut the mozzarella into cubes, add to the casserole. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, season with salt and pepper. Grate 40 g of grana padano on top.
  7. Put in the oven (first bake for about 10 minutes at 180 ° C (convection), then about 5-10 minutes at 200 degrees C (grill function).
