RICE WAFFFS WITH PEAR

Ingredients

  • 20g rice flour
  • 10g vanilla pudding without sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 50g pear
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 5g of coconut oil

Calories for waffles alone (no additives).

Directions

 

1. Heat up the waffle iron and grease it with a little coconut oil.

2. Blend the flour, pudding powder, egg whites, baking powder and a peeled piece of pear until smooth.

3. Fry 2 waffles for about 5 minutes.
