  • 1 egg (L)
  • 250 g of wheat flour type 450
  • pinch of salt
  • 8 g of vanilla sugar
  • 335ml milk 2%
  • 160 ml of cold water
  • 210 g of strawberry jam with reduced sugar content

Directions

The given recipe makes 6 pancakes with a diameter of approx. 25 cm.

  1. Crack an egg into a bowl, add flour, a pinch of salt, sugar, milk and water. Mix everything thoroughly to a smooth dough.
  2. Heat up the pancake pan. Depending on the type of pan, lightly grease the bottom with oil or fry without fat.
  3. Using a ladle, pour portions of the batter, spread it on the pan and fry on both sides until the pancakes are browned.
  4. Spread the pancakes with jam and fold.
