Directions
The given recipe makes 6 pancakes with a diameter of approx. 25 cm.
- Crack an egg into a bowl, add flour, a pinch of salt, sugar, milk and water. Mix everything thoroughly to a smooth dough.
- Heat up the pancake pan. Depending on the type of pan, lightly grease the bottom with oil or fry without fat.
- Using a ladle, pour portions of the batter, spread it on the pan and fry on both sides until the pancakes are browned.
- Spread the pancakes with jam and fold.
