Directions
Grate the lemon rind into a bowl. Add the yogurt, cottage cheese, coconut sugar and lemon juice. In the meantime, soak the dates in hot water (enough water to cover the dates).
We can mix the mass – it will be fluffier or mix it thoroughly – it will be more yoghurt – it depends on your preferences.
Pour the dates with water into a blender and blend to a syrup.
We cut almonds.
We spread the whole dessert into containers: first the yoghurt mass, then the date syrup, and then the chopped nuts.
Decorate with blueberries or other fruit.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge.
