LEMON DESSERT

Ingredients

  • 55 g of Greek yogurt
  • 28 g creamy cottage cheese
  • 0.25 pieces of a large lemon
  • 1/3 tbsp coconut sugar or cane sugar
  • 4 pieces of almonds or other favorite nuts
  • 2 large pitted dates
  • 20 g of blueberries or strawberries or raspberries

Directions

  1. Grate the lemon rind into a bowl. Add the yogurt, cottage cheese, coconut sugar and lemon juice. In the meantime, soak the dates in hot water (enough water to cover the dates).
  2. We can mix the mass – it will be fluffier or mix it thoroughly – it will be more yoghurt – it depends on your preferences.
  3. Pour the dates with water into a blender and blend to a syrup.
  4. We cut almonds.
  5. We spread the whole dessert into containers: first the yoghurt mass, then the date syrup, and then the chopped nuts.
  6. Decorate with blueberries or other fruit.
    Serve immediately or store in the fridge.
