1. Cook the groats in water and milk with the addition of chocolate until most of the liquid evaporates (about 5 minutes).
2. Cool it down, put it in the fridge for 15 minutes. and beat until fluffy.
3. Chop the almonds into smaller pieces and combine with the skyr.
4. Put half of the chocolate mass into the cups. On it we put almonds with yogurt, and on top of it the rest of the chocolate mass.
5. Sprinkle desserts with spelled grains and cool again.
