Ingredients

  • 16 g (2 tbsp) Trader Joe’s – Organic Tahini
  • 3oz Kroger – Arugula
  • 2 ounce Peeled – Cucumber
  • 4 tomatoes Cherry Tomato – Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Black Beans
  • 2 Tb Pumpkin Seeds – Pumpkin Seeds
  • 4 whole sliced Sweet Peppers

Directions

  1.  Rinse and chop tomatoes, arugula, cucumber, and peppers.
  2.  Rinse beans from can and measure out desired amount.
  3. Combine ingredients and add pumpkin seeds and top with tahini.
