BAKED SWEET POTATO WITH MEATBALLS

Ingredients
200 g of minced meat
1 clove of garlic
4 olives
1 smaller sweet potato
20g of feta cheese
2 teaspoons of olive oil
Spices: salt, pepper, smoked paprika, cinnamon
Ingredients for 2 servings (4 meatballs). Calculations are per 1 serving.
Directions
Chop the garlic and olives. Peel the potato and cut into sticks. Marinate in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, smoked paprika and cinnamon.
Combine the meat with chopped garlic, olives, crumbled feta, salt and pepper.
Form into meatballs and place on a baking tray. Brush each meatball with olive oil. Place sweet potatoes next to the meatballs.
Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.
