Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • lemon or lime juice
  • salt
  • pepper

 

Directions

  1. Wash the avocado, cut it in half, grasp the fruit on both sides, turn each half in the opposite direction and separate into two parts. Pick out the flesh inside.
  2. Mash the flesh with a fork, add finely chopped garlic, juice of half a lemon or lime and season with salt and pepper.
    If you don’t want the paste to turn black, add an avocado pit to it.
